"If you want to change the World one day,

        Touch the Future ...

                                           "Then be a Teacher"

I have always wanted to make a difference in the world, and what better way than by being a teacher.

Teaching is a form of inspiration. It is the process of letting someone reach their full potential. Teachers invest in their students so these students can invest in a bright future.

My journey and passion for teaching started when I was a student and was inspired by my teachers. What my teachers instilled in me still impacts me today. I wanted to have this same impact influence on my students one day.

It is not enough to pass the information on to students, teachers provide an open space, which is the classroom, for students to discover, share and learn new ideas. Being in the process of becoming a teacher, I have come to understand the importance of classroom management and the importance of students' engagement in the process of teaching.

When teachers engage students they make them more eager to learn and participate in the process. Being a teacher is not only about giving information, it is about ensuring it is absorbed by the students and truly understood by them.

What use is information if it is not converted into knowledge?

This is why Classroom Engagement is extremely critical, the type of environment students receive information is as important as the information itself. Engagement in class makes them absorb new lessons more effectively.

Furthermore, as a mother, I am aware of which lessons my little daughter loves the most. They are the classrooms in which she has a sense of belonging and is always engaged in conversation and activities with the other students. Some classes have a long-term influence on her, as well as certain areas where she learns the most.

Ultimately, teaching is not a set defining structure; it is a constantly growing profession, which is why I built this blog and platform for teachers to share their techniques and classroom anecdotes. Each instructor has a distinct technique of instructing a class, and within that class, each teacher has a distinct approach for working with each student, implying that there are an infinite number of teaching methods.

The more we share, the more we learn

let us not forget that we are continually learning, even as teachers.
